Executive Demos are pre-owned, some still covered by the New Vehicle Warranty

Some of our Audi Executive Demo models are still so new they provide you with the remaining coverage that's still available under the Audi New Vehicle Limited Warranty. That original warranty provides coverage for up to four years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Any portion of that coverage that's still available on one of our Executive Demos will be part of your warranty protection until the expiration date. We can provide you with the specific details on any of the pre-owned Audi Executive Demo models you're interested in.

The Assurance of Audi Certified Pre-Owned Warranty Coverage

For our valued Alamo Ranch and Boerne customers, if your Audi Certified Pre-Owned vehicle has any remaining coverage from the Audi New Vehicle Limited Warranty at the time of your purchase, the Audi New Vehicle Limited Warranty will give you coverage on your certified vehicle until the expiration date. That's either four years from the original in-service date or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Once the new Audi Limited New Vehicle Warranty expires, the Audi Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty takes effect. That will give you coverage for one year or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Another Audi Certified Pre-Owned benefit: 24-Hour Roadside Assistance

An Audi Certified Pre-Owned model comes with 24-hour Roadside Assistance that's available for one year. If you have a roadway incident any time of the day or night as you drive around Helotes or The Dominion, you can contact Audi Roadside Assistance. One of our specialists will arrange a tow truck if that's required and bring your Audi to the nearest Audi dealer to be repaired by certified technicians. In addition, the one-year Roadside Assistance program provides you with trip interruption reimbursement.

That one-year Roadside Assistance program will begin after whatever remains of the original four-year Roadside Assistance program concludes as part of your pre-owned Audi's New Vehicle Warranty. Throughout your coverage period, you'll be provided with whatever roadside assistance you need including a battery jump start, emergency towing, flat-tire service, fuel delivery service, lockout service and emergency extrication service.
